Do I need to download a separate app or create a password?
No. The loyalty programme is designed to be frictionless. Simply verify your registered email address using a secure one-time passcode (OTP) on any browser.
How do I register for membership?
Walk in to clinic reception. Staff records your name, email address and acknowledgement of the programme terms and privacy notice. You verify ownership of that address later with a six-digit code when checking membership. Birthday is optional. No medical or IC details are stored in this loyalty portal.
Can my family share a loyalty account?
Yes. Each loyalty account has one designated principal member and up to four (4) registered immediate family members (spouse and children), for a maximum of 5 members per account. Eligible spending by all registered family members contributes to the shared family account.
Why is an OTP requested every time I check my points?
To ensure strict patient confidentiality and privacy. An OTP ensures only the verified owner of the email address can inspect membership details and points.
What happens if I change my email address?
Inform our clinic receptionist on your next visit or send us a WhatsApp message. Our staff will update your membership record accordingly.
When do accumulated points expire?
New earned points are valid for 12 months. The rule recorded when points were earned applies; existing credits are not retrospectively changed.
